Under the direction of the Operations Manager and Administrative Supervisor, associate is responsible for greeting and registration of Outpatient, Emergency and Inpatients.

Schedules patient exams in Epic, insurance verification, cash collection, generate monthly reports.

Working closely with the technologists, nurses and physicians staff to ensure patient flow is seamless.

Performs associated general clerical duties.

Required to cross cover other areas based on departmental operations needs.

Provides service to Front Desk scheduling, answering phones, upload/faxes/printing of Radiographic images utilizing EPIC and PACS and handling of verification for procedures.

- Collects cash and is responsible for reconciliations.

- Ensure billing and registration information is accurate and entered in EPIC.

- Acts as a liaison between City MD STAT referrals and Radiology department.

- Performs associated general clerical duties.

-Bilingual REQUIRED

-Cross cover at any of the Radiology location based on operations need.

 

Registration training required on TREKS, Epic, Life Images, USBank and PACS etc.

All Radiology systems that are utilized in the department.

 

General PC and knowledge with Microsoft Office, IDX-BAR, Epic, American Health ware (Eagle), Care Link, Internet, PACS, Verification Insurance, Outlook, TREKS, USBank, Transportation Tracking, Life Image, C-EMR and Document scanning

Fax, Copier, PC. 

Minimum typing skill of 35WPM
