The Site Administrator will lead a team of health professionals in the seamless delivery of quality care to children and adolescents in NYC’s Department of Education public schools. The Site Administrator works to build relationships with stakeholders, improve processes and policies, manage and develop associates, and lead long and short-term goals in partnership with MSHP's leadership team.


With realistic and established targets, the site administrator will develop plans and concrete actions to achieve and maintain high patient, community, staff and stakeholder satisfaction. He/She will implement standardized and replicable processes with effective delegation and team development to ensure accessibility, quality care and operational excellence.


The Site Administrator is accountable for the overall management, supervision and development of their assigned school-based health center(s). This position ensures the success of the clinical, administrative, fiscal and operational aspects.



· Bachelors Degree, Master's preferred

· Proven management leadership skills, while taking on an "hand on" implementation approach when needed.

· Five (5) years of relevant work experience in health care management

· Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.

· Flexibility and ability to work on multiple projects.

· Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate MSHP's mission and programmatic goals and achievements to diverse stakeholders.

· Ability to work as a team.

· Ability to use considerable judgment, initiative and independence.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality.

· Competency in change management process and design.

· Skill in analysis, development of comprehensive reports and interpretation of complex data.

· Strong leadership skills with proven ability to facilitate cross-functional and inter-disciplinary teams.

· Demonstrated ability in performance management.

· Extensive mediation (conflict resolution) and facilitation skills.

· Personal initiative and willingly assumes responsibility and ownership.

· Ability to build a motivated, positive, team and strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

· Extensive experience with EMR, Microsoft Office, and Medical Billing
