SUPERVISOR ADMINISTRATIVE

BRONX, NY, US


Provides administrative support to ANMs in the areas of: reviewing and approving timekeeping and payroll records; monitoring employee attendance and employee leave requests; completing necessary timekeeping, payroll, and LOA documentation; scheduling staff for a variety of required meetings, exams, and certifications; reviewing the schedule and assigning shifts to staff; calling in staff to work when needed; assisting in the preparation of budget material; assisting and preparing investigation summaries and discipline notices, maintaining employee files. Position requires the use of discretion and independent judgement in the performance of these tasks. Position acts in the interest of the employer.

College degree required. 3-5 years of administrative experience. Previous experience in acute care preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to learn and operate Montefiore systems such as SAP/HCM, Talent Management and Kronos.Position is expected to support the ANM and the needs of the unit. Depending on the circumstances or particular work project, this position may be expected or required to work varying hours and shifts, including evenings and weekends to provide coverage or meet deadlines.
