SUPERVISOR OPERATIONS

The Supervisor Operations is responsible for supervising & streamlining the daily operations of the Urology practice sites.   This position includes administrative oversight of the administrative staff on site and dotted line supervision of clinical staff.  Supervision of all patient registration includes: collection of demographic data and insurance information; cash collection and deposit preparation, including the coordination of payment arrangements and patient deferral policies for self-pay patients; data entry into clinical and billing systems; act as a patient advocate for patient concerns/waiting times.  Responsible for revenue cycle responsibilities, including past balance look up and co-pay collections, charge entry and running the missing charges report to ensure compliance.  Interview, hire, train and discipline administrative staff.  In collaboration with Managers, supervise work assignments of administrative & clinical staff.  Responsible for the overall flow of patient care activities at each site, including scheduling templates and staff coverage.  Responsible for patient throughput during on-site visits as well as telemedicine visits.   Responsible for special projects as directed by department managers. 

 

This position covers Off-site practice locations & Hutch Tower One as needed, daily work hours may vary.

 

Requirements

Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred

Five years work experience required, should include healthcare and supervisory experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel Applications. 
Proficient in Epic
Skilled in data analysis and development of comprehensive reports
