Provides direct care for a specific patient population. Administers medications and treatments. Provides patient & family teaching and discharge instructions.

Requirements:

• NYS LPN License & Registration
• BLS
• Infection Control Certification
• Two (2 ) years of Epic experience (Preferred)
• High School Minimum
