Montefiore IT is actively recruiting talented professionals for our Infor ERP Finance and Supply Chain Management technology team. Following our recent implementation of Infor FSM, we are building a dedicated team to provide comprehensive support throughout the lifecycle of this essential module.
The Infor ERP Technical Lead provides technical guidance and support on technical issues, including support, software development, product releases, hardware deployment and engineering duties. The Technical Lead guides the team’s work and processes utilizing best practices and implements changes to streamline operations. The Technical Lead ensures that the team is compliant with all change control measures within the organization. The Technical Lead provides outstanding client service and contributes to the organization’s mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product owners, other product stakeholders, and team members.
- Clearly articulate and present business solutions to team and product owners.
- Maintain a holistic view and understanding of technical projects and provide input to
- balance project scope, priorities, and goals with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify business requirements and requirements of the stakeholders on the project while taking into consideration Montefiore as a whole.
- Identify technologies for the implementation of each component and connections between the components.
- Participate in project planning processes including tracking and reporting.
- Provide technical leadership to all team members.
- Lead requirements review and estimation.
- Must be a subject matter expert in technical aspects.
- Perform technical interviews as required.
- Provide technical presentations to create awareness of changes in technology.
- Technical leads may create and implement risk mitigation processes and conduct security audits to determine weaknesses in applications.
- Review solutions to ensure the quality of the design by avoiding complexity and advocating clarity.
- Provide support when technical issues need to be escalated.
- Perform other related duties as required
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Infor ERP systems and their modules, (preferably Infor ERP)
- ERP Migration experience
- Prior experience as a senior technical resource working on large-scale technology projects
- Overall understanding of the application systems development lifecycle
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal skills with customers, vendors, peers, and management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be adaptable in a rapidly changing environment with competing priorities
