Montefiore IT is actively recruiting talented professionals for our Infor ERP Finance and Supply Chain Management technology team. Following our recent implementation of Infor FSM, we are building a dedicated team to provide comprehensive support throughout the lifecycle of this essential module.

 

The Technical Lead Supply Chain Infor Configurator will be responsible for leading the configuration, customization, and ongoing support of Infor ERP system, specifically within the supply chain domain. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain processes and an ability to bridge technical and business requirements within the ERP ecosystem.  You will play a key role in guiding cross-functional teams, optimizing supply chain operations through technology, and ensuring the integrity and efficiency of supply chain data flows across the organization.  This role requires excellent communication and analytical skills along with the ability to collaborate with techno-functional teams to develop effective supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design, configuration, and customization of Infor ERP solutions, with a focus on supply chain modules (e.g., procurement, inventory management, order management, production planning, distribution, and logistics).
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Infor ERP technical solutions for supply chain, providing guidance on best practices, system configuration, and integration with other business systems.
  • Customize and extend Infor ERP functionality to meet the evolving needs of the supply chain department, ensuring that system processes align with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, supply chain, and operations, to integrate Infor ERP with other enterprise systems, including external applications, third-party systems, and data sources.
  • Provide ongoing technical support for supply chain-related ERP issues, troubleshoot system problems, and provide timely resolution to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Lead ERP upgrades and system enhancements, including testing, validation, and ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the supply chain function using ERP tools, reducing manual work, improving accuracy, and enhancing efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and customizations. Provide training and support to supply chain teams on system usage and best practices.
  • May mentor technical experts, developers, and business analysts. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Ensure that all supply chain data and transactions within the ERP system comply with relevant regulatory and corporate policies, maintaining data security and confidentiality.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply chain, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with at least one full software development lifecycle (SDLC) ERP implementation, ideally, with the INFOR ERP Solution.
  • Expertise in system upgrades, data migrations, and performance optimization for ERP systems.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ERP systems, with a strong focus on Infor ERP (CloudSuite Supply chains) or other similar ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Proven experience with supply chain management processes, including procurement, inventory control, order management, distribution, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Infor ERP configuration and customization, including knowledge of Infor ION and Infor Birst for analytics and reporting.
  • Strong SQL, data extraction, and report development skills.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, middleware tools, and custom development within the Infor environment.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze complex supply chain processes and translate them into technical requirements, while offering innovative solutions to improve system performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

 

Desired:

  • Experience with Infor CloudSuite v11 Supply Management (FSM) modules.
  • Knowledge of data migration, data analytics, and supply chain systems reporting using Infor tools or third-party software.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the ability to apply them to ERP projects.
  • Familiarity with other ERP applications like SAP, Workday, D365, Oracle
