Montefiore IT is actively recruiting for Infor ERP Finance and Supply Chain Management! We recently implemented Infor FSM, and we are assembling a dedicated team to provide ongoing support for the lifecycle of this critical module.

 

For this role, we are seeking a Senior Application Analyst with Security Operations / Compliance qualifications. The Senior Applications Analyst - Application Security Operations is responsible for managing and maintaining the security model of the Infor ERP system as well as developing and maintaining LPL scripts to automate buisness processes. . This role involves designing, implementing, and managing security operations, controls and policies to ensure the confidentialiaty, integrity and availability of the system.  The Senior Applications Analyst also collaborates with other teams to ensure that security policies and procedures are aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Install new applications, new components, and upgrade existing applications. Configure application settings and validate configurations performed by Application Analysts.
  • Define go-live and rollout support schedule. Assist in the coordination of field support activities. Provide go-live and rollout support. Support users on new applications, modules, and functionality.
  • Oversee analysis of necessary application modifications and work with the appropriate Montefiore IT associate or the vendor to coordinate the modification.
  • Provide advanced application troubleshooting support for the application(s). Resolve critical issues independently as necessary. Forward issues to the correct group for remediation or elevate it to the vendor if required. Review Application Analysts’ resolutions and solutions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Determine how a new system, upgrade, or new component can best meet the needs of the users.
    • Analyze business/clinical needs and requirements.
    • Interpret end user requirements, by fully discussing potential options, and help client move towards optimal solution.
    • Utilize extensive knowledge of the system to reveal potential issues related to user requests.
    • Evaluate the operational workflow that is applied to the system.
    • Create system specifications from user requirements.
  • Perform security analysis and assessment for the Infor ERP FSM landscape, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of data within the ERP system.
  • Responsible for implementing Infor Security Access and User Profiles
  • Implement new Security roles within Infor tenants
  • Execute Security Operational procedures and analyze results
  • Contribute to Infor ERP application security model updates
  • Lead security activities during Infor tenant copies and refreshes
  • Lead Infor ERP User Access Recertification process and campaigns
  • Manage Infor application integration to Privilege Access Management (PAM)
  • Monitor, Troubleshoot and resolve application security events and access, working closely with internal teams as needed
  • Develop and Manage Security operations process, procedures, and documentation
  • Participate in Security Operations continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to security.
  • Design, develop, and maintain LPL scripts to automate business processes and enhance system functionality within the Infor ERP FSM landscape.
  • Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions using LPL.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security and LPL scripts, providing timely support and assistance to end-users.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of security configurations and LPL scripts to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely completion of projects
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and developers within the team.

 

Application Responsibilities:

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in application security operations, preferably in Infor ERP system
  • Experience in designing and implementing security controls, operational processes, and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of security principles, standards, and practices, such as NIST, ISO, and CIS
  • Experience with IT General Controls (ITGC) and participate in audits
  • Familiarity with Infor ERP or other ERP systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations (PCI, HIPAA, SOX)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

 

Desisred:

  • Security certification, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
  • Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience in other application security technologies, such as web application firewalls or endpoint securityApplication implementation, troubleshooting, and support
  • Application testing
  • Related clinical or business experience
