The Training & Organization Development Coordinator manages the "end-to-end" logistics for instructor-led classes and on-line learning resources in support of Montefiore Learning Network Programs, Montefiore's campus specific and system-wide initiatives   including but not limited to programs like ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation and post go-live education; general learning & development programs; clinical education; new associate and leader on-boarding; academies; career and student and other organization development programs.  Responsibilities include scheduling and marketing classes, assigning training, booking rooms, monitoring enrollment, ordering and preparing course materials, ensuring rooms are properly set up, greeting participants, proctoring exams, summarizing course evaluations, and recording training completions. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for training-related queries, answering questions, providing technical support to end users of Montefiore's Learning Management System (LMS) and other Learning Network systems (talent management & organization development) and assisting with eLearning module testing as needed. The Training Coordinator runs reports in the LMS using appropriate parameters to meet the needs of the department leadership,  clients and project teams. Additionally, this individual manages in-house training facilities, and is responsible for equipment & disposable stock inventory management. The person in this role serves as adjunct faculty for Learning Network training programs as needed.
Performs related work as required within a variety of programs.





Minimum Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, Bachelor's degree preferred.  1 year work experience or related internships

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and virtual learning/meeting software. 

Ability to operate media equipment such as projectors and laptop computers.

Experience with Human Resources software systems or Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.

Excellent attention to detail; ability to complete work with precision and accuracy. Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in a professional environment.

Superior customer service skills. Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve efficiently.

Ability to prioritize and think with a project-based mindset.
