We are seeking a Senior Application Analyst to work on our UKG Pro WFM solution. This is a critical role in our implementation of Ultimate Kronos Group Pro Workforce Management system throughout Montefiore Medicine Academic Health System. The Sr. Application Analyst will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and ongoing support of UKG Pro and related applications within the Montefiore Health System. This role will involve collaborating with users and IT teams to ensure the smooth deployment, operation, and enhancement of the system, providing expert technical support and guidance throughout the application lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Application Management:
  • Install, configure, and upgrade UKG Pro applications and components.
  • Ensure successful go-live and provide ongoing rollout support.
  • Support release management during and after implementations.
• Testing & Documentation:
  • Develop test plans and execute tests for new systems, upgrades, and modifications.
  • Document test outcomes and maintain accurate records.
• User Support & Training:
  • Interface with users across the Montefiore Health System to support new applications, modules, and functionalities.
  • Analyze business and clinical needs to determine how new systems or upgrades can best meet user requirements.
  • Create and maintain system specifications and ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation.
  • Develop and disseminate technical training materials and user guides.
• System Analysis & Optimization:
  • Analyze and interpret user requirements, providing solutions that optimize operational workflows.
  • Coordinate application modifications with IT associates or vendors, ensuring alignment with user needs.
  • Perform advanced application troubleshooting and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Operational Support:
  • Provide day-to-day operational support, including proactive monitoring and system troubleshooting.
  • Offer 24x7 on-call coverage for user support on a rotating basis.
  • Provide on-site support within Montefiore Medical Center hospitals and affiliates as needed.
• Team Collaboration & Development:
  • Assist and mentor Application Analysts and other team members.
  • Encourage the development of team members’ skills and proficiency through guidance and support.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional IT experience
• 3+ years of experience with implementation or production support experience with UKG Pro WFM/Dimension
• 3+ years of Integration experience using Dell Boomi; Certification in Boomi is required.
• Experience with UKG Analytics Datahub and reporting toolset
• Proven ability to perform advanced SQL and application-specific query skills using various tools
• Knowledge and understanding of ERP capabilities, tables, and development tools.
• Understanding of the Systems Implementation Life Cycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in application development and ERP implementation environments
• Ability to manage sub-project tasks, deliverables, and milestones
• Proven ability to meet project deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to present to mid-level management
