ASSISTANT DIRECTOR FINANCIAL REPORTING

TARRYTOWN, NY, US


The position is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting of multiple entities, including account analysis and related reconciliations. This position manages and reviews the work of the accountants. This position addresses tight monthly deadlines.

 

Resonsibilities:

 

Responsible for the accurate preparation and input of financial data into multiple general ledger systems.

Ensure the timely reporting of multiple monthly financial packages including balance sheet, income statements, and other related schedules.

Maintain General Ledger account analysis, understand and apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, as well as review the staff account analysis.

Works with the auditors to ensure a clean and timely year end audit for all entities.

Maintain system integration between Oracle and Infor.

Maintain and prepare elimination and Intercompany entries across the system.

 

Education/Skills:

 

Bachelor's degree required.  Five years experience.

Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel. Must demonstrate ability to efficiently utilize pivot tables, lookup formulas, filters, etc.

Oracle or Infor experience preferred.
