The Client Services Analyst will be a subject matter expert (SME) in Epic Cadence, Client and Patient Access Center Operations work-flows. The Client Services Analyst applies their knowledge of the client’s clinical or business requirements, Epic Cadence application capabilities, and his/her technical skills to implement and support the Coordinated Scheduling Decision Support System.  


This analyst will contribute significantly to meet the business intelligence and data analysis needs of the Client Services team, helping to assess trends in scheduling data and conduct predictive analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Conducting data analysis and BI reporting; intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel required, knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • The implementation of new decision support systems and modifications to existing systems.
  • Configuration within Epic Cadence Application, go-live support, and on-going client support.
  • Working on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Provide outstanding client service and contributes to the organization’s mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care while driving the migration to Epic powered clinical solutions which will better align the Patient Access Center and Montefiore Health System with our goal of leveraging technology to reduce costs.
  • Some travel to physician practices / meeting locations
  • Training on Epic Cadence provided


Education/Skills required:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent coupled with experience with reporting and data analysis required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minumum two (2) years related experience required
  • Proficiency in EPIC (Cadence, Prelude, etc..)
  • Advanced software acumen including strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Visio..)
