The Contract  Analyst supports the Revenue Cycle Operations through loading and maintaining Commercial and Managed Care Contracts. The Contract Analyst  will be tracking all the contract updates - Rates, Factors, Fee schedules , audits contracts and closely work with the vendor on Contract Management and related support tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced knowledge of Commercial and Managed care contracts, healthcare billing , determines accurate payment methodologies , run reports to analyze payment variances, Underpayments, denials and identify contract opportunities.  .  The candidate will also have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication and Organizational skills. 




Associate's Degree.  Three years' experience.

1.  Experience in commercial and managed care contracts and terminologies and ability to interpret hospital bills, explanation of benefits, and medical records , coding guidelines is a must.
2. Billing knowledge, billing software (Eagle and Epic). 
3. Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, business and process analysis, working knowledge of third party reimbursement is required.  
4. CPC certification preferred.
5. SQL experience preferred.
6. Ability to present information in a clear, concise manner a must.
