This position ensures that data is aligned and accurate throughout the Montefiore Supply Chain (All of Montefiore member hospitals; MMC, Mt. Vernon, New Rochelle, Schaffer, Burke Rehab, Nyack, St. Luke's, White Plains, and any other future members).  

Primary contact to standardize and enforce item master format, ERP data uploads and contract uploads with the intended objective of ensuring orders are processed through the ERP system(s) as needed;

Using Purchasing tools such as GHX/NuVia and GHX Powersourcing, review items for accurate descriptions, part Numbers and unit of measure before submitting for addition to SAP  and other ERP systems utilized among other Montefiore members.  

Work with Contract Specialists and GHX to ensure contract are loaded in the contract managment tool (CCX) timely and accurately.  Review discrepencies and take appropriate actions to resolve.



Bachelor's Degree.  Three year's experience.

- Analytical approach to business practices;
- Familiarity with GHX NuVia and Powersourcing
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word;
- Understanding and ability to learn various systems and tools for managing data;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to Act as liaison between Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing and GHX Managed Service teams to ensure item contract match and contract price accuracy across all platforms.
- Experience in a data analytics with exposure to an ERP system and ancillary analytical tools;GHX tools (my exchange, P-Suite, Contract Center, Nuvia) and all of the Montefiore members ERP systems
