DATA MANAGEMENT ANALYST

A candidate for this position will collect data and provide ongoing analysis of data by monitoring and maintaining databases. Travel may be required for this job, as some data management analysts go to clients who need their skills. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that data is being recorded and appropriately collected by management, IT teams, and other personnel who frequently works with business and system data. 

Education/Skill:

High School Diploma/GED/ Bachelor's Degree preferred.

At least 3 years experience a high-volume supply chain/purchasing environment with related specific skill sets.

 Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills: Impact and influence as well as to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization
• Excellent facilitation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to recognize and translate business problems into technology-based solutions
• Strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
• Ability to address internal stakeholders in a professional manner
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project 
• Team Management experience managing a team of at least ten team members
• Experience in people and team development
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Ability to understand how the company is organized, its positions and how it interacts with its environment
• create and enforce data security guidelines to ensure that information stays protected, and systems do not get breached.
