Job Summary

As the Director of the HR Planning Office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR technology landscape and enhancing our organizational capabilities. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR Program management. A successful PMO Director should be a well-rounded professional with a combination of technical, leadership, and interpersonal skills to drive project success and contribute to the organization's overall strategic objectives.

Your primary focus will be establishing an HR Planning Office for HR Programs/Projects within HR organization, driving projects with best practices, and ensuring successful delivery of larger initiatives.



Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).

- Minimum of 10 plus years of experience in HR Program Management, with a focus on HR Cloud technologies, and other HR areas.

- Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing a Program Management Office.

- Strong project and program/portfolio management experience, including risk, budget and resource management.

- Excellent leadership, team building, and communication and presentation skills.

- PMP and similar project management certifications are a plus.

- Strong knowledge of HR technology trends and best practices.
