HEALTHCARE PERFORMANCE ENGINEER/SUPPLY CHAIN

TARRYTOWN, NY, US


This position performs the critical skill set of strategic leadership and planning, tactical leadership, system/process development, training and development and change leadership for Supply Chain and Procurement. Uses Lean Six Sigma methodology to work  on process analysis, time/cost studies, process simulation, process and quality improvement, financial and organizational planning and information system design. Will provide statistical reports and analysis for all standards. Will provide and organize process improvement services to stakeholders as requested. Analyzes and defines a frame for ambiguous problem statements, drafts a project charter, plans, initiates and oversees execution of all elements of the project. Defines data insights required for improved decision making across Supply Chain and Procurement.

 

Education:

 

Bachelor's degree  in Industrial or Systems Engineering or a related field with a focus on Management Engineering, Information Technology, Healthcare and or Operations Research required.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
