HR Data Specialist

 

Generate standard daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; Develop customized reports to extract data from SAP according to client or management needs; Maintain and update current reports based on evolving needs.

 

Responsibility/Duties

  • Knowledge of data visualization software to produce dashboards; Advanced level computer experience, including skills in Microsoft Word Excel, Access and PowerPoint is necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
  • Build, maintain, administer and support Microsoft Access databases for HR departments to include the design of tables, data entry forms, reports and queries; Keep data secure by managing user access; Define table relationships; create primary and compound keys; Create and modify field properties; Import and export data; Link Excel source files to Microsoft Access databases; Create VBA programs and macros to automate MS Access database report modules and enable End-Users to create Ad-Hoc reports; Train users on forms and reports; Update existing Microsoft access databases
  • Assist with updating Human Resources Intranet site
  • Train HR staff to barcode, scan, file and retrieve documents from Image Director application; reset user passwords in Image director and make corrections in HRDOCS index
  • Create MS Outlook distribution lists and send communication for MMC associates for Benefits announcements, VP communication, HCM New and Helpful Tip communication and other HR communications
  • This position will design and maintain Microsoft Access Databases; assist end users with HCM SAP workflow; write programs and queries to produce reports using Integrated Payroll/Personnel System, SAP, Spinifex and ADP; assist in generating Ad Hoc reports and surveys; assist with training Staff; maintain HR intranet site

 

Education/Skills:

  • Programming logic, knowledge of SAP HCM; Experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Three years' experience
  • Associate Degree required
