SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

To manage the financial operations for programs and initiatives executed with CMO and Health Homes. Through collaborative efforts with senior leadership, the Senior Financial Analyst facilitates the decision making process and ensures accuracy of reporting; providing data analytics, forecast modeling, oversight and direction for the day-to-day/month end closing processes, and overall documentation for cash flow. This position is also tasked with maximizing revenue generating sources; improving efficiencies, operationalize and execute strategy, and providing direct support to department/program leads to implement changes.

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree required, Maters Degree preferred.

Experience with ERP systems (preferred): STRATA, Oracle, SmartView, SAP

Strong excel skills required

Effective communication and ability to translate financial information to non-financial customers (internal and external)
