ASSISTANT DIRECTOR CLIENT SERVICES

YONKERS, NY, US


SUMMARY OF POSITIONS:

 

Revenue Cycle Operations:
Responsible for providing leadership and oversight to the Revenue Cycle Managers who serve as liaisons between physician practices and central business offices. Oversee revenue cycle activities impacting billing performance and provider guidance to physician practice sites, clinical departments and CBO staff in order to achieve maximum revenue and customer service.

Additionally responsible for analyzing client department revenue cycle performance. Identifies obstacles related to revenue generation and collaborates with departmental and site leadership to identify and implement solutions and best practices related to revenue cycle. Serve as a liaison between clinical departments and the central billing office. Provide client departments with ongoing analysis of key performance indicators and recommends improvement solutions. Work with client departments, Central Billing Office Managers, and staff members to maximize revenue and improve the revenue cycle. 

 

FPG Business/Network Development:
Responsible for performing due diligence financial analysis of potential FPG expansion areas.  Models business plans based on revenue and expense data obtained (requested and/or retrieved).  Assists in developing an FPG business development strategy that is financially advantageous and in line with Montefiore's core mission, vision and values.

 

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

 

Bachelor's Degree is required, Master's is preferred.

Must have five years's of related experience.

Must have knowledge of health care industry.
Strong working knowledge of applications required: Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, IDC, DBMS (SQL)
