This position will require  management and over-site of the new training facility space, new equipment, day to day operations functions which include payroll, purchasing, learning management system, health plan training reporting and evaluation reporting. He/she over-site for use of and reporting in the CA PPM  system which time tracks and will do demand management/forecasting. 

Excellent interpersonal,  project management and MS office skills.

Masters preferred in business administration, health service administration preferred or related experience. Bachelors at a minimum.
