Montefiore is actively investing in its digital teams as a new system-level priority, and we are seeking Digital Product Managers who are excited to define new digital journeys and experiences to change the way individuals interact with the healthcare system.
Product Managers at Montefiore are responsible for the ideation, development, value delivery, and ongoing evolution of digital products to improve patient access and experience, enable clinicians to focus on delivering care, and provide the tools to allow operational leads to seamlessly conduct their work. As we are building this new function, product managers are expected to have an entrepreneurial mindset to prioritize and define new experiences, work in cross-functional teams, and focus on change management to ensure optimal end-user experiences, adoption, and delivery of digital solutions. Our teams are directly focused on tangible solutions that improve patient access, reduce clinician burnout, create optimal operations, and thoughtfully deploy analytics.

Montefiore Product Managers will participate in guiding clinical, operations, and technology projects and processes to embrace a new way of doing things.

Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals.
- Define solution set with end-users and technology.
- Engage, communicate, and lead senior leaders in design and implementation discussions.
- Utilize data and conduct end-user research and market analysis to prioritize solutions and features.
- Proactively identify new ideas and define methods to rapidly test and validate.
- Own individual product vision, strategies, and roadmap in the context of broader product or journey goals.
- Collaborate and galvanize individuals across functions to deliver product experiences.
- Define and measure success metrics for product features.
- Deeply understand affected processes and technology to develop implementation plans.
- Deploy solutions successfully and drive adoption.
- Coach end-users to build comfort with digitally enabled operational experiences.
- Measure and communicate adoption success.
Requirements include:
- Demonstrated experience as a Digital Product Manager in a complex enterprise organization.
- Experience working with a variety of digital solutions.
- Comfort with ambiguity and proactively defining a user challenge.
- Demonstrated ability to break-down, evaluate, and prioritize complex problems into their component parts.
- Success leading complex operational and technology deployments across end-users.
- Quantitative aptitude and ability to identify value drivers for digital efforts and build business cases.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence, empathy, and relationship building.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across stakeholders and functions
Strongly preferred:
- We are first and foremost seeking those with product or related experience, regardless of industry, who want to address some of the toughest and most long-standing challenges in healthcare, the largest sector of the US economy. Knowledge of health care workflows is preferred but not a requisite.
