SENIOR RECRUITER TECHNICAL

Montefiore is seeking a full-time, permanent Senior (Physician) Recruiter to join it’s talented HR Recruitment & Staffing team. This individual will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practitioners for Montefiore Medical Group locations including but not limited to over 20 primary care practices throughout the Bronx and Westchester, Montefiore School Health Program facilities, and Occupational Health Services.

The Senior Recruiter will source candidates, develop recruitment strategies, interview, and select qualified physician and advanced practitioner applicants while continuously building a pipeline of viable candidates for all current and future locations; will develop recruitment and retention strategies, attend job fairs and professional and networking events, prepare metric reports, facilitate the onboarding process, and participate in projects and other initiatives as needed.

This position will require regular interfacing with the medical and leadership team to advise on current trends in the market, collaborate, and strategize on approaches that will yield the best outcomes. 

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of physician recruitment experience is required. Physician recruitment in a medical center or health system preferred.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and stellar interpersonal skills; Microsoft Office experience, and ability to learn and navigate HR systems and databases necessary.

Position is hybrid with recruiter obligated to be in the office a minimum of one day/month.
