Accounts Receivable Supervisor

 

Our Professional Service department is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst Supervisor to join our esteemed team.  The position duties include but are not limited to training documentation, perform audits, quality review and performance of all clerical staff.  In addition, this position is responsible for communication and enforcement of policies, guidelines, and procedures as it relates to the overall department operations. collection and analysis of productivity statistics, the preparation of reports, report analysis, recommendation of system updates/logic to accommodate changes and the conceptualization/managing/leading initiatives that support the departments’ objective to increase revenue.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Train, coach, and mentor new/existing staff on best practices and protocols to maximize performance when needed.
  • Assist managers with oversight of staffing analysis including but not limited to the identification for the need and procurement of temporary help.
  • Perform Quality Assurance audits, analyze the efficiency of the staff and develop/propose workflows that will support staff in effectively completing tasks.
  • Provide root cause analysis in team performance and provide managers with insight of the identified issues.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of PC operations, software (Microsoft Word and Excel using Pivot tables/V-lookup/formulas), and project management.
  • Run daily, weekly productivity statistics reports of staff, upload into shared file.  Maintain individual associate statistics for coaching and determining if refresher training is needed.
  • Provide managers with any productivity inconsistencies.
  • Provide managers with AR reports to maintain transparency in aging.

 

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 year’s related experience required.
  • Working knowledge of CPT, ICD, HCPCS, Coding Policies and Procedures; Coding Certification is a plus.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of general operating principles and capabilities of billing and other software
  • Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency required.
  • Typing/Data entry skills are required.
  • Experience in a Union environment a plus
  • Must be able to set priorities, delegate duties, display initiative and be accountable for specific outcomes as well as that of the department.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic growth environment.

Shift: Day Scheduled Hours: 8 AM-4:30 PM Req ID: 222030 Salary Range/Pay Rate: $62,400.00 - $75,000.00
