The Trainer will be responsible for training and evaluating all EPIC Cadence and Prelude workflows.


Duties include:

  • Be responsible for customer service improvement initiatives and new associate onboarding for all Montefiore Medical Group associates including the School Health Program
  • Support training and communication efforts across the Medical Group, assess the change impact and support training efforts 
  • Conduct evaluation of individuals pre & post training and assesses for ongoing training needs 


  • High School Diploma/GED | Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Three (3) years work experience
  • Computer proficient and have proficiency in EPIC, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access
  • Willing to be EPIC Cadence and Prelude Credentialed
